Ingredients ( 4):
2 peppers each of the following varieties:
1kg pork or goat
½ kg pork ribs or goat
1kg of roasted tomato
1 ½ chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of each of the following species : ginger , sesame , oregano and thyme
2 sour orange juice
Spicy chili sauce
1 cup vinegar
Oregano and salt to taste.
Preparation Instructions :
. 1 roasted peppers , seeds removed, veins and stalks ; then soaked in hot water for 15 minutes and process to blend with all species , the orange juice , cup of vinegar and let stand incorporated .
Two . Place the preparation and rectify the salt , pour the dressing over the meat and marinate overnight . Place meat in baking dish and brown in the oven preheated to 200 º. Remove and cut into very small pieces.
Three . Sauté chopped onion with garlic cloves until the onions take translucent color, incorporate chopped roasted tomatoes and two cups of chicken broth, cook for 15 minutes and sprinkle with oregano.
April . Serve in casserole , beef broth with tomatoes garnished with finely chopped onion , lemon juice , hot sauce accompanied by tortillas or toast.
