Peppers:

10 guajillo chiles

1 cup orange juice 
1 onion 
1 bunch of cilantro 
1 cup pineapple in syrup 
½ orange 
½ cup corn oil 
½ tbsp cumin 
½ tsp of cloves 
½ tsp cinnamon 
½ tsp black pepper 
½ tbsp thyme 
½ tbsp oregano 
1 ½ tsp garlic powder 
½ cup vinegar 
1 lb. pork leg or shoulder

Instructions for preparation:

1. Cocen guajillo chiles, cooled and ground with species and pineapple.

2. Beef is cut into small squares.
