Ingredients (4):

Peppers:

Chopped serrano chiles

¾ brisket 
3 tomatoes 
½ onion 
½ onion, chopped finely 
½ lettuce 
¼ cup oil 
2 tablespoons white vinegar 
1 avocado, sliced 
10 olives 
oregano 
Salt and pepper

Processing information:

1. Boil meat in water with salt and a piece of onion for an hour. After cooked handle, shred and place in a bowl.

Two. Combine meat with olives, lettuce, tomato and onion.
