Ingredients ( 4):

1 kg of mussels
1 medium onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons fresh dill, parsley (preferably fresh)
pepper , 250 g of clean steam mussels without shell
1 cup of the cooking liquid from the mussels (you can substitute seafood broth )
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon dry white wine

Processing information :

1. If you have not yet put steamed mussels is the time. Keep a cup of broth for later, or alternatively if you have purchased already prepared steamed seafood broth , but the flavor will not be the same .

Two . Pique separate the onion, garlic , dill and parsley.

Three . Heat oil in large skillet . Add onion and garlic and saute briefly . Once sauteed add the tomato and dill to the pan, and let cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
