2 pounds shrimp, cooked 
1 small red onion, thinly sliced 
1 peeled cucumber, seeded, thinly sliced 
1 serrano chile, chopped, or to taste 
4 tablespoons lemon juice Lechonera 
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped 
1/2 bottle of DONA CHELA MIX 
1/2 tablespoon chili powder fruit FOODS THE DEER.


In a bowl combine shrimp, onion, serrano chile, cucumber and cilantro. Add the lemon juice and DONA CHELA Lechonera MIX stir to mix well. At the end add the chile powder fruit THE DEER.

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. 
Serve cold with toast or crackers.
