Ingredients (4):

Oil, the necessary 
1 pack of fish quesadillas 
salsa: 
1 onion 
3 pasilla chilies 
2 cloves of garlic 
3 cloves 
2 cups vinegar 
1 tablespoon marjoram 
1 bay leaf 
Black pepper to taste 
Salt to taste

Processing information:

1. Fry quesadillas and removes excess oil.

Two. Asa chiles in a saucepan with the onion, cloves and garlic. Once roasted pass them to the blender with the vinegar and spices and blend.

Three. Serve with raw salsa quesadillas.
