ingredients ( 2 people ) :
2 slices of salmon
1 large potato
1 onion
1 tomato
1 green pepper or streaky
1 splash of dry white wine
Chopped parsley
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Processing information :
1. Court to potato omelet , onion rings and pepper into rings also . Cold everything separately until the point, the potatoes do not have to brown much .
Two . Mince the garlic and stir often with white wine and parsley.
Three . Cut tomato into thin slices.

Obviously the time depends on how thick the salmon is as you like. We recommend ten minutes is plenty of time.
NOTE : The frying potatoes , onions and peppers do in the fryer without a problem. Some people also prefer to fry a little tomato. To get the point of the garlic can escalibar a whole or over very low heat frying oil to be head preserved .
Two forms of escalivar or fry the garlic :
a) Peel and mixed in a mortar the garlic pulp with a couple of egg yolks and slowly add the oil until smooth mayonnaise.
