Ingredients for 5 persons:
30 chicken wings
6 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
50 gr. margarine ( you can also use olive oil )
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 pinch celery powder
Five or six cayenne peppers
2 teaspoons hot paprika
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons jalapeño sauce
Preparation Instructions :
Put everything in a saucepan over low heat stirring occasionally until margarine melts.
The wings :
1. Remove their ends to the wings , that is to say , let two drumsticks wing .
February . Put them to fry in a pan with plenty of oil . Fry in batches of 10 or 15 for 12 to 15 minutes. After you take them out and drain well .

You can eat well but are better if you put a gratin in the oven for 5 minutes . It is usually served with celery and carrot sticks spread with a little mayonnaise .
