4 medium boneless chicken breasts
Washed mushrooms 12
1 green pepper or Big Red
½ cup oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Two. Chop the chicken breasts into 3cm cubes and let marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
Three. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
April. Cut peppers and onion into square pieces about 3cm.
May. Strung mushrooms and chicken pieces, onion and pepper, flags skewers, alternating for a change.
6. Skewers Bake about 25 minutes.
7. Serve with rice and a garnish of your choice.
