Ingredients (serves 4):

-4 carrots 
-4 courgettes 
-1 Small onion 
-1 Large chicken breast 
-1 Bouillon concentrate 
-2 avocados 
-5 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 
-1 Pinch of salt 
-150 Grams of panela cheese or manchego 
-3 Cloves of garlic 
-2 Tablespoons chili Chiplote

Processing information:

Cook the chicken breast in a pot with water and salt, about half an hour. Remove, and in the broth and cook the chopped vegetables. Besides blending in a bit of the same broth, half onion, garlic, and bouillon, add to the pot with the vegetables, add the cilantro and chili Chiplote, let it cooked with the mixture. Shred chicken, cut cheese, and avocado cubos.Servir broth with vegetables, chicken, cheese cubes and some avocado.
