Ingredients ( 8 people ) :
8 legs of clean pork and halved
1 slice onion
½ head of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 sprig of oregano
Salt to taste
For the pickled fruit or pickled :
½ cup olive oil
2 onions , thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, peeled
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 jalapeno peppers
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 sprigs of thyme
2 sprigs of marjoram
4 banana peppers
¼ cup vinegar
Processing information :
1. Legs Boil with onion , garlic , bay leaf , oregano , salt and water to cover until very soft and the water has consumed two cups to form gelatin.
Two . Was removed from heat and allowed to cool.
Three . Was boned ( optional).
April . Acitrona The pickled onion in the oil , the
cloves garlic , carrot and jalapeno peppers .
May . Herbs smell the banana peppers and salt are added .
6. Finally, add vinegar and boil two or three minutes.
7. Were placed in a bowl , bathe with gelatin and then with the marinade.
8. Serve at once.
presentation:
Serve in a bowl with the gelatin well washed and pickled . If desired, also be decorated with tomato peeled and cut into quarters .
